Internal Code of Conduct

Welcome to Lion Roaring PMA. This Internal Code of Conduct (“Code”) governs your use of our private mobile application and services within the Lion Roaring ecclesiastical jurisdiction. By accessing or using Lion Roaring PMA, you acknowledge your voluntary participation and agree to abide by this Code. Please review it carefully before continuing.

1. Acknowledgment of the Internal Code of Conduct

By accessing or using the Lion Roaring PMA private mobile application, you acknowledge your voluntary participation in this ecclesiastical association and agree to abide by this Internal Code of Conduct. If you do not agree with the standards outlined in this Code, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Lion Roaring PMA private mobile application in a manner consistent with this Internal Code of Conduct and within the boundaries of our ecclesiastical, private‑agreement jurisdiction. You are responsible for any content you upload, share, or transmit within the app and for ensuring that your participation reflects the values and standards of Lion Roaring PMA.

The application provides the following core functions for internal community use:

Uploading and downloading documents for private‑agreement purposes
Chat communication with internal community members or individual participants
Submitting donations through our integrated Stripe payment system
Uploading profile images for personalization within the private environment

3. User Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with this Internal Code of Conduct and the values of the Lion Roaring PMA private‑agreement jurisdiction. The following actions are not permitted within the app or any related private‑agreement environment:

Engaging in behavior that violates the standards of this private agreement or disrupts the integrity of the community.
Using the app for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes of any kind.
Uploading malicious files, viruses, or any content intended to damage systems or disrupt functionality.
Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or otherwise mistreating other participants within the private environment.
Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or personal content shared within the agreement.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app, its systems, or the private information of other participants.

4. Account and User Content

User Data Basic access to the Lion Roaring PMA private mobile application does not require account creation. Certain internal features—such as chat communication or donation processing—may require you to provide limited information for the purpose of enabling those functions within this private agreement.
Uploaded Content You retain ownership of any documents, images, or materials you upload within the app. By uploading content, you grant Lion Roaring PMA a limited, non‑transferable permission to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the app’s internal functionality within this private, ecclesiastical agreement.
Profile Images Profile photos are used exclusively to enhance interaction and identification within the private environment. They are not shared, distributed, or displayed outside the Lion Roaring PMA private‑agreement jurisdiction.User Data

5. Donations and Payments

Lion Roaring PMA provides the option for participants to submit voluntary donations through the integrated Stripe payment system. When making a donation within this private‑agreement environment:

You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information for processing.
You understand that all financial transactions are handled directly by Stripe, and Lion Roaring PMA does not store, access, or retain your financial data.
You acknowledge that any refund considerations are governed by Stripe’s own service terms, as applicable to the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Lion Roaring PMA private mobile application—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software—are the property of the app owner or its authorized licensors. These materials are provided solely for use within this private‑agreement environment. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the application without explicit written permission from Lion Roaring PMA.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Lion Roaring PMA private mobile application is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis within this private‑agreement jurisdiction. No guarantees or assurances are made regarding the uninterrupted operation of the app, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the prevention of data loss, technical issues, or security vulnerabilities.

Lion Roaring PMA is not responsible for any form of loss or damage arising from your use of the app—including loss of data, interruptions, or other impacts—except in cases where such harm results directly from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Termination

Lion Roaring PMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the private mobile application at any time if a participant’s actions violate this Internal Code of Conduct or disrupt the safety, integrity, or functioning of the private‑agreement environment. Such action may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the community or maintain the standards of this ecclesiastical agreement..

9. Modifications to the App and Terms

Lion Roaring PMA may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the private mobile application as needed to support the integrity and purpose of this private‑agreement environment. Updates to this Internal Code of Conduct may also occur from time to time. When changes are significant, participants will be notified through the app or other internal communication channels. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Code within this private ecclesiastical agreement..

10. Governing Law

This Internal Code of Conduct operates solely within the private, ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the Lion Roaring PMA and is governed by the terms of this private agreement. Any concerns or disputes arising within this private environment will be addressed through the internal processes and remedies established by Lion Roaring PMA. Participation in this private agreement does not constitute consent to public statutory jurisdiction.

By accepting members covenant and checking the box, each individual affirms agreement with the Lion Roaring PMA and enters into a binding non-disclosure covenant. This disclaimer serves as notice that all rights, titles, and interests—whether tangible, intellectual, or spiritual—belong to the PMA and are protected under private agreement.

Members agree to keep all shared materials—including coaching, products, services, teachings, and transmissions—within the private domain. No content may be disclosed, reproduced, or discussed on public channels, chats, platforms, texts, emails, or casual conversation, whether written or verbal, without express written permission from the founder(s).

This disclaimer affirms the sanctity of private stewardship and protects the integrity of all scrolls, vessels, and transmissions within the PMA.

It is the responsibility of the members to read and review the Articles of Agreement of Lion Roaring PMA in its entirety and agree to adopt and comply with its belief, foundation, and purpose of the Lion Roaring PMA. Click here to read the full document

Each member agrees to the following excerpt taken from the Articles of Association of PMA:

1. Lion Roaring PMA is a Private Members Agreement protected under the Constitution of the United States of America and the original constitution for these united States of America and the Maryland Constitution

2. Member agrees and is supportive to the mission and vision of the Lion Roaring

3. Member strives to contribute to the purpose of the PMA to fulfill the God given call to the founding members as it is written in Section 4 through 15 in the Article of Association

4. Member will not hold Lion Roaring PMA liable for any materials or contents posted in the website or any paperwork, written articles, education materials or others created within the PMA for its members’ benefits and private usage

5. Member’s agreement does not entitle a member to any financial or other interest in the Private Members Association or management thereof

6. Information regarding details of the agreement, any materials produced or created by Lion Roaring PMA including all paperwork, agreements, articles, PowerPoints presentations, word parchments, coaching, and education materials are private intellectual property of the PMA and will not be shared, replicated, dispersed or distributed with anyone outside the PMA without explicit written permission from the founder

7. Member’s due diligence is expected and member will hold harmless any member or founder of Lion Roaring PMA and any dispute shall be handled by the founder(s) with final decision for remedy made by the founder(s) and shall be accepted as a settled matter. (Article III for disputes resolution & Article IV for Sovereignty in the Private)

8. As a private member of the Lion Roaring PMA, member is invoking its united States constitutional rights specifically the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th and 10th and the Maryland Constitutional rights included in the Maryland Declaration of Rights Sections 1, 2, 6, 10, 24, 26, 36, 40 and 45 and as such take full responsibility for his or her behavior, such that his or her actions shall never constitute anything that can be determined to be of a “clear and present danger of a substantial evil.”

9. Any actions by the member which are not consistent with the values of the PMA can result in the founder’s decision to ask the member to leave the PMA

10. Member is connected with each other and the actions affect one another, therefore, the Lion Roaring PMA encourages and supports one another as a family and community

11. Member and those who are included in this member’s agreement and contract are solely responsible for member’s own outcome or results from participating or receiving any education materials, counsel, coaching, training, mentoring or other services provided by Lion Roaring PMA through its websites or any other resources made available to the members

12. The terminology used in these articles of organization and member’s agreement is used solely for clarification of the various usages for Private Members Association under universal contract law by and between free, spiritually free men and women, creations of nature and Natures God, whose lives and rights derive from God Almighty and unique Covenant of the man and/or woman with the Creator

13. Any reference within the Articles of Agreement to the man shall also include the woman and any reference to one people may include many people. This PMA shall be construed and interpreted in the private and all decisions or disputes will be final as settled by the founders in accordance with Article III

14. Member agrees that the elimination of one Item or segment of this Agreement does not eliminate the entirety of the Agreement but the Agreement will remain as Agreed
