LION ROARING PRIVATE MEMBERS AGREEMENT (PMA)

MEMBERS AGREEMENT

As part of this Members Agreement, each steward shall complete the Lion Roaring PMA Onboarding Module, which includes both spiritual and practical guidance for steward activation. This module affirms ceremonial alignment and activates the member’s role within the PMA. In order to protect all members from any adverse interference or action brought on by local, county, state, or federal, LOCAL, COUNTY, STATE or FEDERAL regulatory, administrative or licensing agencies, and to receive full benefits from participation in Lion Roaring Private MembersAgreement, (hereafter referred to as PMA) all Members consent to the following:

I, [[user_name]] agree that I am joining Lion Roaring PMA as Member and that I accept and agree to the Lion Roaring PMA Articles of Agreement, including but not limited to specific Sections listed within this agreement.

I, [[user_name]] have read and reviewed the Articles of Agreement of Lion Roaring PMA in its entirety and agree to adopt and comply to its belief, foundation and purpose of the Lion Roaring PMA.

I agree and strive to contribute to The purpose of Lion Roaring PMA to fulfill the God given call to the founding members as outlined in the Article of Agreement for the PMA in Section 3 through Section 18. ([[user_initial]])

I agree to keep all information about the PMA private, including any materials prepared for me, as well as any ceremonial offerings, spiritual tools, steward resources, and other goods or items of value received from the PMA through donation or covenant exchange. All materials, scrolls, garments and transactions are sacred vessels. They shall remain within the private domain of the PMA and may not be reproduced or transmitted outside this private body without written convental permission from the founder(s). 

I comprehend that any products or services or agreements I may receive as Member of this PMA are intended to improve or enhance a people’s natural state, to empower their own living and to enhance their private life and/or undertaking in the private and agree to take final responsibility for any use of products or services. 

Upon the signing of this agreement, I acknowledge the dues of $35 annually in Federal notes (members residing within the united states of America) or life source energy (members living beyond these borders) herein defined as the sovereign offering, contribution, or ceremonial exchange—shall be rendered in full. The gift shall be paid in accordance with the terms inscribed, and its transmission shall serve as both seal and signal of honor, loyalty, and activation.

1. I comprehend that as a private Member of the Lion Roaring PMA, I am invoking my united States constitutional rights specifically the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th and 10th and the Maryland Constitutional rights included in the Maryland Declaration of Rights Sections 1, 2, 6, 10, 24, 26, 36, 40 and 45 and as such take full responsibility for my own behavior, such that my actions shall never constitute anything that can be determined such that my actions shall never violate the cadence, covenant, or spiritual integrity of the PMA.

2. I agree that any disputes I or those under my Members Agreement and covenant will be brought to the attention of the office of dominion steward in a timely manner so that it can be resolved by the office of dominion steward and that as a Private Member Agreement, we are not subject to litigation nor allowed to engage outside of the PMA for any conflict or dispute resolution. I comprehend that all disputes will be handled in the private, within the PMA in accordance with the Article III of the PMA for disputes resolution.

3. I also comprehend that if my actions are not consistent with the values of the community, I may be asked or told to leave this community and my Member Status will cease to exist. Should this happen, I will voluntarily vacate this community, return any belongings, tools or products and peacefully depart as any agreement now made will be considered no longer valid and all rights and privileges tied to this agreement no longer stand.

4. I recognize as well that we are all connected and that our actions affect one another. We strive to encourage and support one another, as a family and community.

5. I comprehend that I or those who are included with me in this Members Agreement and covenant are responsible for my/our own outcome from any counsel, coaching, education, mentoring or other products or services provided and received.

6. I comprehend that I or those included with me in this Members Agreement and covenant are responsible to do our own due diligence before consuming, accepting, using or implementing any products, services or agreements received from Lion Roaring PMA.

7. As a sovereign steward, I accept full responsibility for any personal obligations related to gifts received, including taxes, insurance, or regulatory filings. I acknowledge that Lion Roaring PMA operates solely within private jurisdiction and bears no liability for external compliance. It is my responsibility to report any gifts I receive from Lion Roaring PMA._______ ([[user_initial]])

8. I hold harmless Lion Roaring PMA and the Founder(s) for any other local, county, state, federal, LOCAL, COUNTY, STATE, FEDERAL licensures, taxes, fees, insurances or other liabilities I may be subject to or receive. I agree to resolve these matters as a sovereign without input, help, assistance or obligation from Lion Roaring PMA. ____ ([[user_initial]]).

9. The terminology used in these articles of agreement and members agreements serves solely to clarify the various applications of the PMA under the universal covenant doctrine, established between free and spiritually free men and women, creations of nature and Nature’s God, whose lives and rights derive from God Almighty and the unique covenant each person has with the Creator."

10.  Any reference within these parchments to the man shall also include the woman and any reference to one people may include many people. This PMA shall be construed and interpreted in the private and all decisions or disputes will be final as settled by the founders.

11. I comprehend that the elimination of one Item or segment of this Agreement does not eliminate the entirety of the Agreement but the Agreement will remain as Agreed and Autographed below.

12. I agree that upon acceptance as a member they are agreeing to the pma and will be under a non-disclosure agreement. that all rights, titles and interests of the pma, whether tangible or intellectual are to be held and protected under this non-disclosure agreement. members agree to keep all information, coaching, products, services in the private and to not share on public channels, chats, platforms, texts, emails or common dinner conversation with other people, whether written or verbal, anything shared with members from the pma without written express permission from the founder(s).

13. We, the living (wo)men in esse, who stand as the founders and caretakers of this Agreement, do hereby affirm the following in good faith and with clean hands, reserving all Rights, Titles, and Interests granted to us by Divine Endowment.

1. All intercourse among friends, family, and neighbors—when done in peace, without force, fraud, or trespass—is not of a commercial nature, nor shall it ever be construed as such.

2. Any offering, donation, or exchange—whatsoever, whensoever, or for whatever—given or received as a token of love, gratitude, honor, or mutual support, is not commerce but an act of private trade among the living in esse.

3. Any reception of a gift, good, service, or tender in the private, whether expressed, implied, or in silent acceptance, constitutes a joining to this Agreement as a receiving beneficiary, under the private trust and care of the PMA.

Such joining need not be declared nor disclosed, for the act of reception in the private realm establishes the bond and agreement. This bond and agreement is sacred, equitable, and non-commercial.

the founder(s) of lion roaring private members agreement view this private members agreement as a divine trust from Yəhōwā. all things biblical are a trust. we recognize Yəhōwā as the executor/grantor of this private members agreement that we have been entrusted. we recognize that we are the trustees of that which Yəhōwā has granted to us. we recognize all members of our private members agreement as the beneficiaries of what Yəhōwā has entrusted us with. although this private members agreement is not recorded, created or structured as a trust; it is that which Yəhōwā has divinely entrusted us with that we desire to be the best stewards possible. we recognize this stewardship not only is for the tangibles gifts that Yəhōwā has entrusted us but also includes those talents and gifts that he has divinely entrusted to us men and women created in his image and now calls us to serve one another with those same talents and gifts. it is in accordance with this heart and these articles of agreement that we establish lion roaring pma, a private members agreement and place our autograph(s) below, the following founding members do hereby associate for the purposes and aims stated herein and hereby affix their hands and seals in witness whereof, on the date of the founders autographs below and do jointly declare that this agreement has been duly created…
