Lion Roaring PMA General Terms & Conditions

Use of the Application

You agree to use the Lion Roaring PMA application solely for lawful purposes and in full alignment with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you upload, share, or transmit through the application, and for ensuring that such content does not violate any applicable laws or community standards.

The application currently offers the following core functions:

  1. Document Management: Uploading and downloading documents within the private members environment
  2. Community Communication: Secure chat with internal community members or individual users
  3. Gift/Seed: Making voluntary contributions through integrated Stripe payment processing
  4. Profile Personalization: Uploading profile images to customize your member experience

User Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts, harms, or undermines the integrity of the Lion Roaring PMA application or its community. Specifically, you agree not to:

  1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or private members agreement standard
  2. Use the application for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
  3. Upload or transmit malicious files, viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  4. Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate any other user or community member
  5. Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights
  6. Attempt to access, interfere with, or compromise the security of the application, its systems, or any other user’s data

Account and User Content

User Data: Basic access to the Lion Roaring PMA application does not require creating an account. However, certain features—such as community chat, gift/seed, or personalized settings—may require you to provide limited information necessary to enable those functions.

Uploaded Content: You retain full ownership of any documents, images, or materials you upload to the application. By uploading content, you grant Lion Roaring PMA a limited, non‑exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the app’s functionality. No additional rights are claimed over your materials.

Profile Images: Profile photos are used exclusively to personalize your experience and enhance interaction within the private members environment. These images are not shared, sold, or distributed outside the app.

Donations and Payments

Lion Roaring PMA provides the option for members to make voluntary gift/seed through the integrated Stripe payment gateway. By submitting a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Payment Information: You agree to provide accurate and valid payment details for processing your donation.
  2. Third‑Party Processing: All financial transactions are securely processed by Stripe. Lion Roaring PMA does not collect, store, or have access to your full payment information.
  3. Refunds: Any refund policies or transaction‑related inquiries are governed by Stripe’s terms of service and applicable policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under this Private Members Agreement and any external laws that may apply, the Lion Roaring PMA application is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. Lion Roaring PMA makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding the performance or operation of the application. This includes, without limitation:

  1. Uninterrupted, error‑free, or continuous access to the application
  2. Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, data, or materials provided within the private members environment
  3. Protection against data loss, unauthorized access, or security breaches, whether arising from user actions, third‑party systems, or technical limitations

You acknowledge that your use of the application occurs within a private members domain, and you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with such use.

Termination

Lion Roaring PMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application within the private members domain at any time, with or without notice, if you:

Violate these Terms or the Private Members Agreement:

  • Engage in conduct that could harm other members, the community, or the integrity of the service
  • Use the application in a manner that disrupts, interferes with, or compromises the functionality or security of the platform

Such actions may be taken at the discretion of Lion Roaring PMA to preserve the safety, harmony, and proper operation of the private members environment.

Modifications to the App and Terms

Lion Roaring PMA reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of the application within the private members domain at any time. We may also update or revise these Terms as needed to support the proper functioning, security, and governance of the platform.

 

If any changes are material in nature, we will provide notice through the application or through other appropriate communication channels within the private members environment. Your continued use of the application after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law / Private Jurisdiction

These Terms, and your participation in the Lion Roaring PMA application, are governed primarily by the Private Members Agreement and the internal rules, standards, and governance of the Lion Roaring Private Members Agreement.

To the extent that any external law may apply, such law is recognized only to the fullest extent consistent with the private nature of this agreement.

 

Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be addressed and resolved within the private members and Gatekeepers and Watchmen, through the dispute‑resolution processes established by Lion Roaring PMA. If a matter cannot be resolved internally and must be addressed externally, the parties agree that jurisdiction shall lie in the venue mutually designated by the PMA and its members at the time such dispute arises.

Privacy & Private Domain Policy

We honor the privacy of all members and visitors. To understand how your information is handled within the private domain:

  • Review the Lion Roaring PMA Article, which governs all private interactions
  • Lion Roaring PMA does not sell, rent, or share member information outside the private domain.

Intellectual Property

PMA Terms of Exchange & Stewardship

By entering this private domain and engaging in exchange with this Lion Roaring E-store, you acknowledge that you are a private member, operating in peace, honor, and full consent.

Private, Non‑Commercial Exchange

All offerings within this PMA are shared as private gifts, contributions, or exchanges, not commercial sales. All exchanges are final, as each item is prepared, blessed, or released with intentionality.

Custodian Responsibility for Returns

If a return is ever permitted by the House, the member assumes full responsibility for:

  1. Return shipping
  2. Safe packaging
  3. Any loss or damage in transit

Stewardship Fee

Approved returns may incur a stewardship and restocking fee, honoring the time, labor, and energy required to receive and process the item.

Covenant of Clarity

Descriptions, images, and representations are provided in good faith. Variations may occur due to natural materials, craftsmanship, or digital display differences.

Product Limitation of Liability

The Lion Roaring E-store is not liable for:

  1. Carrier delays
  2. Incorrect addresses provided by the member
  3. Loss or damage after delivery

Agreement of Covenant Member

By engaging with this Lion Roaring E-store PMA, you affirm:

  1. You are acting in private capacity

For PMA stores: disputes are governed by private members agreements. For Trust stores: disputes are governed by the Trust indenture and private law.

Product Limitation of Liability 

Lion Roaring PMA is not liable for:

  1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  2. Losses arising from the use of this website
  3. Issues related to third‑party vendors
  4. Errors, delays, or omissions in vendor services

All interactions occur in private members capacity and are governed by the Lion Roaring PMA Article.
